Our Accident Risk Management service ensures that, in the event of an accident,
the driver has only one number to call. This number is available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. The driver is looked after throughout all aspects of the incident
from the moment it is reported through to final completion.
A Comprehensive Service
The Accident Risk Management team member completes the driver claim form whilst taking details
by phone. The driver does not need to worry about any paperwork other than the insurance incident form.
The process immediately triggers a number of activities that may include vehicle
recovery, driver repatriation, uninsured loss recovery, third party claims handling,
replacement vehicle and insurance claims notification. All involved parties are
kept up-to-date by phone or email.
Analysis of vehicle accidents automatically takes place and the management information
produced can then be used to determine required courses of action (for example driver
training).
